Where it all began...
Hairy Hounds was established in 2012 but our love & work with dogs started longbefore that! Lorraine started her career as a Veterinary Nurse and dog groomer but always had the dream to develop Hairy Hounds which leads us to where we are
today.
So excited for the adventure that lay ahead
Hairy Hounds Today
Shortly after opening Hairy Hounds we bought Scartannagh house our little cottage in the country with our little bit of land. Here today stands our newly built facility our Dog Hotel, Day care area, shop, outdoor play area and luxury Grooming Parlour. Our bespoke building has been finished to a very high specification throughout. Every aspect of our guests comfort & needs were taken into consideration during the planning stage of our home away from home like facility.

We are a Husband and wife team with two little girls who share our same love for dogs! Of course we always have our four legged helpers - Louie, Izzy, Charlie and Alfie on hand.

attention. An experience that they will be happy to return too.
