Our main aim at Hairy Hounds HQ is for your dog to feel safe, welcomed and
comfortable in a happy environment.

 

Therefore we ask

• All dogs must be vaccinated against DHPPI, Lepto and Kennel Cough, to attend Hairy Hounds

• All dogs must have a secure lead and collar.

• When grooming, if your dog has heavy matting, knotting or soiled coats, then they may need to be clipped tight to avoid further discomfort, your groomer will discuss this with you at time of drop off.

• Late collections or drop offs can be accommodated where possible with prior notice, without notice however your dog may lose their grooming appointment and a charge will be applied for their next visit.

You are welcome to contact us throughout your dogs stay, please be aware that we
will do our best to respond to your message but the care and welfare of your dog is
our main priority, so we may not always have the time to reply as promptly as you
may like.
